"NYC iTouch Giveaway"

We will be drawing for one free iTouch from the 1st 5 Indianapolis District students that complete the registration process for NYC.
You need to complete the application, medical release, have notarized, completed and returned reference form and payment in full for the Indianapolis portion of NYC cost.
The cost of trip is $999 subtract payments that will go to NYI headquarters of $450 for total check to Indy District of $549.

Students gather togehter from USA/Canada Regions for a week of worship, fellowship, missions project and more.
Applications are due with deposit postmarked August 1st 2010.

Adults need to complete the Sponsor APPLICATION, and MEDICAL RELEASE, forms.
